Rabbits can eat banana peels as banana peels are safe for rabbit consumption however they should only be fed in small amounts to rabbits because of the sugar and starch.

Rabbits cannot eat popcorn or at least should not eat popcorn as popcorn can pose a choking hazard to rabbits and the corn they cannot digest.
