10pm to 5am is enough sleep for some people as that is 7 hours of sleep.

Although some people need 8 to 9 hours of sleep so they should then go to bed at 8pm to get up by 5am and get enough sleep.

Going to bed at 8:00 PM is not too early as it gives your body enough time to sleep and get the required amount of sleep.

The time that the brain is fully awake is around 8:00 AM.

It usually takes around 30 minutes for your brain to fully wake up once you get out of bed.

To function properly and stay healthy an adult needs a minimum of 7 hours to 8 hours of sleep.

Although getting 9 to 10 hours of sleep per night is even better if you can.
