How do you clean the rubber seal of a front loader washer?

I use a vinegar and water solution mixed in a spray bottle to clean off the rubber seal of my front load washing machine.

I add vinegar to fill half the spray bottle and then fill the rest of the spray bottle with water and then shake it up.

Then I just spray the vinegar and water solution onto the rubber seal and then wipe it clean with a wash cloth.
