My grandma made me wear Pampers when I was 6. I was a bed wetter and sometimes I had poopy accidents at night. She had me diapered day and night, and I wasn't allowed to use the bathroom. My diaper was my toilet.
When I needed changing I had to ask for a clean diaper. She would make me tell her if I was wet, poopy, or both. It was embarrassing telling her I had a dirty diaper. Just being wet wasn't bad, but having to say that my diaper was stinky was embarrassing.
Their were many times when I had to go and I wasn't allowed to hide. I'd have to go right where I was, even in public. Wetting was easy, but if I had to poop, I would squat down and fill my diaper. Of course everyone knows when a kid is pooping his diaper. The poopy squat makes it obvious and when you're wearing a shirt, shoes, and Pampers everyone knows.
One time I was at the store and my grandma let me ride in the cart. I was standing up and all I had on was Pampers and shoes.
