The size of diaper that a 4 year old wears is a size 6 although some may fit into a size 5 or need a size 7.

But for the average size 4 year old they most often wear a size 6 diaper.

The size of diaper that a 3 year old wears is a size 5 diaper although some 3 year olds may need to wear a size 6 diaper.

Generally size 5 diapers are for 3 year olds and up and size 6 is for 4 year olds and up and size 7 are for 5 year olds and up.

The size of diaper that most 2 year olds wear is size 3 diapers.

Some 2 year olds may be a bit bigger and need to wear a size 4 diaper but most 2 year olds are in a size 3 diaper.

A 2 and 3 year olds diaper usually needs to be changed every 2 to 3 hours.

It depends on how much the 2 or 3 year old drinks and how often they pee.

Some 2 year olds may go an hour or so before peeing and so they can usually go 2 to 3 hours between diaper changes.

Some 2 year olds may only need a diaper change every 4 hours as well as they may only pee every 2 hours.

My 2 year old boy would sometimes go 2 hours without peeing so he was fine in a diaper for 4 hours on some days before he needed a diaper change.

As long as you're changing the diaper every 3 to 4 hours on a 2 year old then you're doing fine.

Of course if they poop the diaper should be changed as soon as you notice.

At 2 years old they usually go through 4 to 5 diapers per day although some may use more.

Using a good quality diaper such as pampers or huggies means you won't have to change diapers as often and they will keep your child's skin dry and healthy.

When changing a baby girls pee diaper you do need to wipe them at least once.

Although if the baby girl is wearing disposable diapers most of the pee is kept away from the babies skin.

But still a bit of pee can be on the babies skin especially if the diaper is full of pee.

So it's always a good idea to wipe the baby girl or even a baby boy at least some when changing a pee diaper.

You only usually need one wipe to wipe them down good enough.

Or you can also use a wet washcloth to wipe the baby after a pee diaper.

The pee can stagnate on the skin and cause rashes as well.

Bacteria that could be in the pee could eventually lead to infections in the baby girl and sometimes a baby boy as well.

I've always wiped both my baby girl and baby boy down even after a pee diaper as I always wipe when I pee and wouldn't want to have old pee on my skin.

It doesn't take that much longer to simply wipe the pee off the skin and it keeps their skin healthy and keeps them from getting rashes.
