Vets are against the raw meat diet because of the risk of getting sick from Salmonella, parasites and other infections.

Raw meat and dairy can carry pathogens, like E. coli, listeria and salmonella, which can make pets and people sick or even cause death.

Dogs can eat raw chicken but you should dip the raw chicken in boiling water for a minute or 2 before giving the dog raw chicken to kill any parasites or bacteria.

Dogs can eat raw meat and dogs in the wild eat raw meat regularly.

While a dog can eat raw meat it's best to kill off any potential bacteria and parasites from the raw meat by dipping it in boiling water for a minute or so.

Although dogs can eat raw meat without dipping in boiling water it should be done to prevent the dog from getting potentially sick.

Dogs can eat raw meat.

However before feeding your dog or dogs raw meat the meat should be dipped into some boiling water for at least a few seconds or even a minute to kill off any potential bacteria and parasites.

Feeding your dog raw meat without dipping it in boiling water can sometimes cause parasites and worms in your dog.

Dogs are sometimes fed raw chicken as recommended by a vet but you must dip the chicken into some boiling water for a minute or so to kill any potential bacteria and parasites.

When feeding dogs raw meat dogs should eat muscle meat (hamburger, chicken, turkey), as well as a healthy array of organ meat (heart, liver, kidneys), whole fish, and raw meaty bones (aka, RMBs).

Raw diets, especially raw meat diets, are not recommended because of the risk for salmonellosis and other infections that can affect pets and their owners.

Dogs in the wild eat raw meat without any issues but it's best to feed dogs mostly cooked meats and feed the dog their dog food as well for a balanced diet.
