To make your unborn baby fair you can eat Avocado during your pregnancy.

Avocado is a fruit that is known to be rich in vitamin C and vitamin E.

Both these vitamins are known for their antioxidant properties.

Vitamin C also helps in reducing inflammation and is essential for collagen production in the body.

The production of collagen in turn improves your baby's skin tone.

You can eat pineapple in small amounts during pregnancy although eating too much pineapple could potentially cause a miscarriage.

But lots of women have eaten pineapple during pregnancy without any issue as there's no scientific evidence that says for sure that pineapple causes a miscarriage but there's a risk of it happening.

Foods that can stop pregnancy are pineapple, pineapple juice, crabs, mercury rich fish, undercooked fish, undercooked eggs, undercooked bacon and other undercooked meats, unpasteurized cheeses.
