The differences between eczema and psoriasis is that eczema mostly appears in the crooks of the knees and elbows while Psoriasis will usually show on on the knees and elbows as well as the buttocks as thick red scaly looking patches.
Eczema will usually look more like a plain old skin rash without the large bumps.
