Do pinched nerves go away on their own?

Do pinched nerves need treatment or can pinched nerves go away on their own without getting treatment?

Most pinched nerves can and do go away on their own without treatment.

But sometimes the pinched nerve won't go away on it's own if the pinched nerve is too severe.

Pinched nerves usually go away within 5 days but for some people it can take several days for the pinched nerve to go away.

If the pinched nerve doesn't go away within a months time then it's recommended that you see your doctor about it.
