Yes you should diaper your kids who wet the bed for a long road trip.
If you have kids who wet the bed and they fall asleep in the car on the road trip then they will likely wet their pants.
So by having the older kid in a diaper on the road trip even when the kid is potty trained is a good thing.
Also diapers are great for the older kid even if they don't wet the bed as sometimes it's hard to find a bathroom quick enough on long road trips.
I remember as a kid there would sometimes be a half hour or an hour before we came up to a rest area where a bathroom would be.
I've had to hold my pee in for a long time which was uncomfortable until I wet my pants.
So after that my mom would put me in plastic pampers diapers for the road trip and the road trip was much better and more enjoyable as I would just pee in the diaper on the road trip and then have it changed later.
Even now as an adult I always wear a thick diaper on road trips and I just use the diaper and not the toilet.
Road trips are more enjoyable in diapers instead of holding it.
