When your dog starts to jump on you, immediately walk away from the dog and if possible close the door on the dog to the room they're in and wait 30 minutes before going back into where the dog is.
Keep walking away from your dog when it tries to jump on you and eventually the dog will no longer jump on you when you go near it.
