Yes you can put liquid bandage on a baby, toddler or child.

In fact using liquid bandage can be safer for babies and toddlers who may pull off a regular bandage and put it in their mouth.
The liquid bandage will naturally wear off on it's own within 5 to 10 days as the cut heals.
Do not use liquid bandage around the eyes, in the ear or nose, or internally in the mouth.

It is OK to bathe after the liquid adhesive has dried.

To clean and treat a cut on a baby.
Rinse the wound thoroughly with water to clean out dirt and debris.
Wash the wound with a mild soap and rinse well.
Cover the wound with a sterile adhesive bandage or sterile gauze and adhesive tape.
If the bandage gets wet, remove it and apply a new one.
Check the wound daily.
