Can Vicks Vapor Rub help clear up a stuffy nose?

Vicks Vapor Rub can help with a stuffy nose and help you to breathe better.

I know that putting some Vicks Vapor Rub on my chest when I have a cold and stuffy nose I'm able to breathe much better.
