You can tell if you are Coeliac or have Celiac disease through blood tests and symptoms which you can experience when eating foods that cause issues with Celiac or Coeliac disease.

Signs that you have Coeliac which is also known as Celiac disease include.

    Diarrhea.
    Fatigue.
    Weight loss.
    Bloating and gas.
    Abdominal pain.
    Nausea and vomiting.
    Constipation.

Coeliac disease is a condition where your immune system attacks your own tissues when you eat gluten.

When that happens this then damages your gut (small intestine) so you are unable to take in nutrients.

Coeliac disease can cause a range of symptoms, including diarrhea, abdominal pain and bloating.

Celiac disease is also known as coeliac disease, celiac sprue, non-tropical sprue, and gluten sensitive enteropathy.

Coeliac disease is a serious illness where the body's immune system attacks its own tissues when you eat gluten.

This causes damage to the lining of the gut and means the body can't properly absorb nutrients from food.

Celiac disease has no cure but can be managed by avoiding all sources of gluten.

Once gluten is eliminated from your diet, your small intestine can begin to heal.

The earlier the disease is found, the less time healing takes.

Blood tests are available to test for celiac disease.

People with celiac disease who eat gluten have higher than normal levels of certain antibodies in their blood.

These antibodies are produced by the immune system because it views gluten (the proteins found in wheat, rye, and barley) as a threat.

Another very common symptom that people report in cases of gluten intolerance is bloating.

This refers to the feeling of a full stomach that is uncomfortable and lasting.

It is common also to feel a buildup of gas.

Over-eating is the most common reason for bloating, but it can happen for a number of different reasons.
