Don't waste your money on the handy heater.
The heat it puts out is pathetic. It might add a little heat to an already heated room. But it won't raise the temp by much and certainly won't heat an entire living room or house by itself.
A hair dryer puts out more heat and cost's less money to buy.
If you want to heat your living room or other room by a bigger space heater.
