How many colors can a dog see and what colors can they see?

Dogs are only able to see 2 colors which are Yellow and Blue-Violet.

The reason dogs can only see those 2 colors is that dogs only have one tenths the concentration of color capturing cones in the back of their eyes than us humans do.
