Why Do I keep Getting the errro ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR in Chrome?

I never heard of or got this error ever before.

For the last hour when visiting some websites I get the error ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR

What is this error and how can I fix it?

How To Fix Chrome’s ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR

1. In Your Browsers Address bar Go To. chrome://net-internals/#events&q=type:SPDY_SESSION%20is:active 

2. Click on the right arrow, and from the dropdown menu, select ‘Flush Sockets’ and then check the page or site you’re having the problem to see its loading properly.
