Wearing glasses does not weaken your eyes or cause your eyesight to get worse.

The eyeglasses simply help improve your vision and no matter how long you wear eyeglasses your eyes won't weaken or get worse.

To prevent your eyesight from getting worse.

Eat a healthy diet.
Avoid straining your eyes.
Give Rest to your Eyes. Make sure that your eyes get sufficient rest every day, both at the workplace and when at home.
