Do banks have to pay property taxes on foreclosed homes?
When a bank has a house that is foreclosed does the bank have to pay property taxes on the foreclosed home?

As long as the bank owns the foreclosed home then yes they'll be required to pay the property taxes that are owed on the property every year.
