If the business bank account isn't registered with the business as an LLC then yes they can seize and levy your business bank account over personal taxes.
It happened to a friend of mine before.
Make sure you have your business registered as a LLC limited Liability company and your business bank account will be protected from the IRS if they try to take money for personal taxes.
