Do medical bills affect your FICO score?

Does having unpaid medical bills affect a persons FICO score like it does a regular credit score?

Medical bills do affect your FICO score but the medical bills don't affect your FICO score in the same way it affects your credit score.

It just affects the FICO score in different ways.
