Bad cosmetics from It Works

Good afternoon, I recently bought cosmetics from It Works and they sent me a product of very poor quality. What should I do?

This company should be banned from shipping future shipments. Customer service is very poor and I don't want to deal with them anymore. You can look at it works reviews there is a lot of negative information.
