When can you stop supporting a baby's head?

At what age can a baby hold it's head up on their own without assistance?

A baby can usually hold their own head up without support by age 4 months old but you might have to continue to help support the head until 6 months of age.

After 6 months of age a baby can hold their own head up without support.
