Copper tape is used when current needs to flow for circuit to circuit and current needs to flow through the tape.

Copper tape is used to provide the current from one part of the circuit to another.

There are numerous different circuit designs you can use for activities like this, but copper tape makes a great addition and is ideal for conducting low levels of electricity around the circuit.

Copper tape has countless applications in electronics from creating low-profile traces for electrical components to RF-shielding and antenna-making.

Copper tape is even used to join things together using solder, like the stained glass on Tiffany lamps.

Copper is highly conductive which is what makes our tape great for circuits!

Educational and fun, it is super easy to create a paper circuit using copper tape.

Resistance of 0.017 ohms x mm² / m.

A rough current carrying capacity of 2-2.5 A per mm² can be expected (with moderate intrinsic heating).

On request also with 10μm copper foil - super flat design!

Only the other side of copper is conductive; double-conducting copper foil adhesive tape means that the rubber-coated surface is conductive, and the copper itself is also conductive as well.

Model-cutting tape is therefore called double-conducting, which means both sides are conductive.

Copper tape can be an interesting addition to your toolbox.

The tape itself is made of thin pure copper so its extremely flexible and can take on nearly any shape.

You can easily solder to it, and the tape itself can carry current just like a wire.

On the back is an electrically conductive adhesive.
