How can I get rid of Cockroaches?

I've noticed a few cockroaches in my kitchen. I smashed them and got rid of the ones I saw.

But now I'm worried I might have more?

I keep the kitchen and rest of my house clean and free of food.

How do I get rid of them and prevent them coming into my house?

You can buy some Roach Motels and they'll crawl into them and get stuck and die.

Also try some Borax on them.

If all else fails try to get an exterminator in as it will be money well spent. They can stop the roach problem before it get's too bad.

Believe me once you get them they multiply like crazy and are hard to get rid of once you have a lot.

3. Remove electrical outlet covers, dust inside the walls with borax. ...
4. Cover any noted areas with a light dusting of insecticide.
