First time I've heard about such a strange way of training a dog. You need use  strict diet and regular walks after feeding the dog

the most important thing to do is react quickly: if your dog begins to pee indoors, take it outside immediately. Eventually, your dog will learn to wait. In the meantime, it might help to leave your dog outside as much as possible and to keep an enzymatic cleaner on hand for any accidents. No you should not pee on your dog to show dominance to the dog.

Peeing on a dog to show dominance will not achieve anything other than make your dog smell of urine and possibly make the dog mad at you.

It's a myth that peeing on your dog or a dog shows dominance and it does not work.

Some ways you can however show dominance to your dog include.

You Need to Be Even More Calm-Assertive.
Set Rules, Boundaries, and Limitations.
Don't Force Affection.
Use Meal Time to Your Advantage.
Give Your Dog a Job.

Dogs show dominance in a variety of ways, often leading to aggressive behaviors that could cause serious injuries to children or other pets.

An important sign of dominant behavior in dogs involve aggression towards children and biting at the heels of children and other pets in an attempt to “herd” them.

Dominance training methods are not scientifically proven to be effective.

Aversive methods may also increase the dog's underlying fear and anxiety which can actually make the unwanted behaviour much worse.

Another important sign of dominant behavior is the refusal to listen to their owners commands and respond by growling, jumping, barking, nipping, or other inappropriate behavior.

Additionally, they commonly have a high level of food and toy aggression, also known as guarding.

Why do dogs try to dominate humans?

It's far more likely that they're either pushing boundaries to see exactly what they can get away with, or that they're seeking a feeling of safety and comfort due to a feeling of insecurity (like if you've introduced a new dog into a household with an established canine presence or even a larger family).
