Hello. Where can I learn more about different camera lenses? I want to check some obscure models as well.

That's a good request. Even on the Cameras section of this website, a question like this doesn't appear that often. I've seen pretty much all the models at https://factopedia.org/42319/Electronics/Camera+Lenses . And in addition to just names of the models, there's plenty of other stuff.
