Blood and mucus come out when I blow my nose?

Whenever I blow my nose blood and mucus comes out? Is it normal for blood and mucus to be coming out of my nose?

I'm assuming you have a cold virus?

If you have a cold or even the flu the cold virus and bacteria inside of you can cause you to have some blood in your mucus or snot when you blow your nose.

It should clear up on it's own in a few weeks at most.
