What can you do about a pimple that will not go away?

I have a pimple that just will not go away. Is there anyway I can get this pimple on my face to go away permanently?

If you haven't already tried it. Buy some Retinol and apply the Retinol to the pimple.

Retinol is really powerful and should help get rid of your pimple. You could also try popping the pimple if nothing else works.
