Why is Polluted Air More Likely To Form Clouds Than Clean Air?

Clouds are formed by condensation of water vapors at high altitudes on air particles.

 Naturally polluted air has more air particles then non-polluted. 

Hence the condensation of vapor in to water droplets is more Forming more clouds.
