To dispute a credit card charge you have up to 60 days to send in a dispute on the credit card charge.

After 60 days without sending in a dispute then the credit card company won't be able to do anything about the dispute.

They can however take up to 90 days to make a decision on the credit card dispute after you submit the credit card dispute but you must dispute the charge before the 60 days is up.
