To make yourself pee in 30 seconds you should drink plenty of water, tea, coffee, juice etc.

The best drink to make you pee within a few minutes or so or 30 seconds is to drink some coffee or tea which is a diuretic.

Drinking coffee can make you pee soon after drinking it.

Using the fingertips, a person can gently but firmly tap the skin near the bladder every 30 seconds to encourage urination.

Bending forward while sitting on the toilet puts additional pressure on the bladder, which can encourage urination.

Placing a hand in warm water can trigger the urge to pee.

Foods that soothe the bladder include, lean proteins, potatoes, bananas, winter squash, pears, garlic, yogurt and berries.

Staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water and drinking some chamomile tea can help to soothe an bladder as well.

But if you do need to go pee you should pee as soon as possible because it's not safe to hold in pee for too long.
