Thanks for letting me know about this issue.
It seems to be a bug, which should hopefully be fixed soon.
Due to the Cpanel Hack that occurred on lots of websites and hosting accounts, our database and even backups of this website got corrupted.
So I had to move this website over to a different server as the server also got corrupted and I needed to isolate this website from the old host.
We are on a completely new server, with a new hosting company.
The only good thing that came out of this Cpanel hack and lost data is that this website got updated to a much newer version, which is also better for search engine optimization.
The Cpanel system has been patched and updated to prevent further issues and the server operating system has also been updated and patched.
I had been working tirelessly to restore the website and get it back.
I had backups on the hosts server which were on different servers, but even those were corrupted and so the data could not be saved.
The host worked with me very good and did an excellent job and tried everything they could to help save the data, but sadly we couldn't.
The data was there, but the database was corrupt and so moving it over to the new server was not possible and it could also pose security risks if it were uploaded to the new server.
If anyone runs Cpanel on their servers and you control the servers then make sure you update the Cpanel to the latest version and force the update to ensure that it's secure.
Otherwise your website is still at risk.
But if you're using shared hosting then your host should've already patched and updated the Cpanel.
