The only thing that can escape a black hole are things that come from outside the event horizon, from particles to conventional photons to even the Hawking radiation that get their energy from the black hole's mass itself.

Other than that nothing else can escape a black hole because of their enormous, space-bending gravity, everything that falls into the black hole is instantly ripped apart and lost.

Black holes do spin and deep radio imaging has revealed that supermassive black holes in a region of the distant universe are all spinning out radio jets in the same direction most likely a result of primordial mass fluctuations in the early universe.

A black hole will not hit the earth or devour the earth.
