When someone is always cold they would be called a cold natured person.

Or simply the person is thin blooded or cold sensitive.

When a person is always cold they may have a condition known as hypothyroidism.

Cold intolerance is a well known symptom of hypothyroidism.

Hypothyroidism occurs when the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormones.

These hormones help regulate metabolism and temperature.

When the thyroid is not producing enough thyroid hormones, the body's processes tend to slow down.

While a hot natured person can feel hot and a cold natured person can feel cold the hot natured and cold natured also has another meaning.

The other meaning of a hot natured person is they are highly emotional and impulsive.

The cold natured person would be unemotional and unsympathetic.

Even when bodies are the same size, the amount of body fat inside can vary and affect how cold or hot we feel in comparison to others.

The greater the amount of body fat, the warmer one feels.

Older people often might feel colder than younger people, as the fat layer under the skin that conserves heat thins with age.

The difference between a cold natured person and a hot natured person is that a cold natured person feels cold even when others around that person feel warm.

And a hot natured person would be a person who feels hot or overheated while other people around that person feels cold or cooler.

Hot natured people start sweating during cooler temperatures while the cold natured person would start shivering during those same temperatures.
