It is OK to drink small amounts of coffee in the third trimester and during your pregnancy although it's best to avoid coffee until after your pregnancy as drinking coffee during pregnancy can cause risks and complications with the pregnancy.

However if you do drink coffee during your pregnancy and in your third trimester you should drink decaf coffee when possible and if you drink caffeinated coffee you should limit your intake of the coffee to 200 milligrams of coffee each day.

Foods that should not be eaten during your first trimester of pregnancy include raw or undercooked seafood and meat.

You should also avoid eating Unpasteurized cheeses or other shellfish during your first trimester of pregnancy.

During pregnancy you should also avoid.

Soft Cheese. Soft cheese is made from unpasteurised milk and contains bacteria that can cause food poisoning. ...
Packaged and Processed Foods.
Seafood.

Pineapples.
Raw/Undercooked Eggs and Meats.
Caffeine.

When a fetus dies inside you it's known as a miscarriage and most often your doctor will give you some medicine that helps induce labor to help expel the dead fetus from your body.

Miscarriage is the spontaneous loss of a pregnancy before the 20th week. About 10 to 20 percent of known pregnancies end in miscarriage.

But the actual number is likely higher because many miscarriages occur very early in pregnancy before you might even know about a pregnancy.

It's thought most miscarriages are caused by abnormal chromosomes in the baby.

Chromosomes are genetic "building blocks" that guide the development of a baby.

If a baby has too many or not enough chromosomes, it will not develop properly.

During a miscarriage, an embryo or fetus is spontaneously expelled from the uterus but can't yet live in the outside world.

After 20 weeks, the loss of a fetus is called a stillbirth instead of a miscarriage.

Vaginal Bleeding is the most common sign of a miscarriage along with other signs which include.

Cramping and pain in your lower tummy.
A discharge of fluid from your vagina.
