It is possible to have rainbow colored poop which can be normal.
However if you suddenly started getting rainbow colored poop and it does not clear up then you should see a doctor just to be sure that it's not caused by something serious.
Grey poop can be a sign of liver or gallbladder problems especially if the grey poop looks like clay in color.
The lack of bile due to gallbladder and liver problems can lead to grey poop.
Some anti-diarrhea medications cause white stools.
Green. Spinach, kale, or other green foods can cause green poop.
