Pooping alot does mean you're losing weight because when you're losing weight your body is releasing toxins and water which can then lead to you pooping more.

It is good if your poop stinks because poop contains bacteria which leads to stinky poop.

However if the poop smells too bad and has a really foul smelling odor then that can be caused by something else.

It's normal to always poop in the morning especially if you've eaten foods with fiber.

The food then gets digested through the night as you sleep and when you wake up your colon is ready to release the poop.

In the morning, when we first wake up, an internal alarm clock goes off in our colon, and the colon starts contracting more vigorously.

In fact, the colon contracts and squeezes three times as hard in the first hour we are awake compared to when we are sleeping.

It is normal to poop more than 5 times a day.

Although most people poop only 3 to 4 times per day, it's perfectly normal to poop more than that.

It could be caused by eating more fiber based foods or you've eaten a lot of beans, tacos, etc.

Fluffy poop is an indication of diarrhea coming.

If your poop is light-colored, yellow, clay-colored, or very light brown, this may be a sign of: An infection or inflammation (swelling) in your gallbladder, liver, or pancreas.

Alcoholic hepatitis, which is inflammation in your liver caused by alcohol consumption.

Poop is brown and smelly due to bacteria and also bile and bilirubin, which are both a yellowish color.

And when the substances mix with your digested food, intestinal secretions, bacteria, and old red blood cells in your digestive tract, they turn your waste brown.

Foul-smelling poops have an unusually strong, putrid smell.

And in many cases, foul-smelling poop can occur due to the foods people eat and the bacteria present in their colon.

However, foul-smelling poop can also indicate a serious health problem.

Diarrhea, bloating, or flatulence may occur with foul-smelling poop.

Normally your poop when healthy should be long and straight although sometimes it may be slightly curved which is also normal in most cases.

Stringy poop however may be caused by something simple, such as a low fiber diet.

In some cases, the cause is more serious.

Stringy poop may also be referred to as stools that are pencil-thin, ribbon-like, thin, or narrow.

Peanut butter colored poop and peanut butter texture poop is normal.

Unless the poop is really sticky then it can be a sign of malabsorption or just because of fat or too much fat in your diet.

The 7 types of poop include.

Type 1: Separate hard lumps, like nuts (difficult to pass and can be black)
Type 2: Sausage-shaped, but lumpy.
Type 3: Like a sausage but with cracks on its surface (can be black)
Type 4: Like a sausage or snake, smooth and soft (average stool)
Type 5: Soft blobs with clear cut edges.

It is possible to have rainbow colored poop which can be normal.

However if you suddenly started getting rainbow colored poop and it does not clear up then you should see a doctor just to be sure that it's not caused by something serious.

Grey poop can be a sign of liver or gallbladder problems especially if the grey poop looks like clay in color.

The lack of bile due to gallbladder and liver problems can lead to grey poop.

Some anti-diarrhea medications cause white stools.

Green. Spinach, kale, or other green foods can cause green poop.

When your poop is sticky like peanut butter it's most often because of a high fat diet that makes the poop sticky.

Smelly and sticky poop can also be a symptom of nutrient malabsorption.

When this happens your body isn't able to completely absorb and digest nutrients from your gastrointestinal tract due to damage to the small intestine, not having enough pancreatic enzymes, liver disease, HIV/AIDs, or other conditions.

Healthy poop should appear as and look like a sausage or log with a smooth surface and be relatively easy to pass and be brown in color.

However healthy poop can be either brown or even green in color and still be healthy.

A healthy poop, should reflect a mixture of all the colors of the food you eat and that bile.

Almost any shade of brown, or even green, is considered OK.

Normal poop color is brown.

This is due to the presence of bile in the stool.

Normal poop color can range from light yellow to brown to almost black.

However if your poop is red, maroon, black, clay-colored, pale, yellow, or green this may signify a problem.

Bile from the liver creates the typical brown hue of a healthy bowel movement.

When the poop is very pale, it often means that not enough bile is reaching the poop.

Problems with the gallbladder, pancreas, or liver are reasons why poop may not contain enough bile.

Normally poop should be brown, have a peanut-butter texture, and look like a sausage.

If you have abnormal colors, it may be due to something you ingested.

But it may also be due to serious illness.

If it's abnormal once, it's likely nothing to worry about.

Symptoms of an intestinal blockage include severe belly pain or cramping, vomiting, not being able to pass stool or gas, and other signs of belly distress.

Floating poop is often an indication of high fat content, which can be a sign of malabsorption, a condition in which you can't absorb enough fat and other nutrients from the food you're ingesting.
