The cost to join Weight Watchers now is $21.95 to $59.95 per month depending on the weight watchers plan you sign up for.
With weight watchers you purchase the food yourself so the weight watchers plan itself is cheaper than other weight loss programs that do include food.
Unlike diets that include meal delivery such as Nutrisystem, the cost of WW does not include any food.
This means even though membership costs $21.95-59.95 per month, most of the monthly expenses of following Weight Watchers will be the food you choose to purchase.
If you find that tracking everything you eat is the only way you can lose weight, then the Green plan may be the best for you.
If you loved, and was successful on, some of the older WW plans such as Points Plus (which required that you track everything) then this may be the best plan for you.

While healthy choices are encouraged, members can choose any foods they want, as long as they stay under their daily SmartPoints allotment.
