When you have ulcers you should avoid eating citrus fruits, tomatoes and tomato products, chocolate and acidic foods.

Also avoid coffee and caffeine when you have ulcers as they can make ulcers worse.

To calm an ulcer attack eat some bananas and drink some Chamomile Tea.

Add some Cayenne pepper to your food as Cayenne pepper can help with ulcers.
