Black coffee does not affect or break a fast during intermittent fasting as long as you don't add anything else such as creamers to the coffee.

Butter coffee or bulletproof coffee does not break intermittent fasting because they contain healthy fats.

It's okay to have a cup of butter coffee or bulletproof coffee during your intermittent fasting.
