Tiger Balm can be used for sciatica pain and it works wonders at relieving sciatica pain.

Heat packs and topical heat rubs such as tiger balm can be really helpful when treating sciatica.

Ibuprofen and other pain medications are good and helpful for relieving sciatica pain.

Sciatica pain feels like a constant burning sensation or a shooting pain that starts out in the lower back or buttock and radiates down the front or back of the thigh and leg and/or feet.

Sitting does make sciatica worse especially if you sit too long as sitting puts a lot of pressure on your glute muscles, lower back, and sciatic nerve.

When you have sciatic pain it's also very common to experience some numbness for a while after the pain has subsided.

But if the pain with sciatic gets worse or doesn't improve you should see a doctor or go to urgent care.
