A 7 year old should pee at least 4 to 7 times per day when they are properly hydrated.
Although some 7 year olds may pee more often when they are drinking more fluids.
Also during the summer when the 7 year old is sweating they may pee less even though they are drinking more which is also normal as they lose more of the fluid through sweat than through urine.
It is normal for a 7 year old to have wetting accidents and the occasional poop accident but if the accidents occur too frequently then there could be a health issue that needs checked out.
