I've been hosting a blog with Hostwinds web hosting service on their cloud hosing for a year now and it's been great with no problems.
When I contacted their customer support they responded to me within 10 minutes and started working on the problem which was just a simple problem of the server not booting back up.
They had it booted back up within 20 minutes and my blog was back online.
Other hosting services took 30 minutes to an hour to respond to me and fix the issue but hostwinds hosting responded fast and fixed the problem fast.
I've read online that hostwinds hosting was a scam and to stay away from them but they are not a scam and are a legit company with a legit office.
I hope to be hosting my blog with hostwinds hosting for many more years to come.
