There's several different countries that don't make it illegal to escape from jail as long as the person who broke out of jail didn't break any other laws during their escape from jail.

The countries that don't make it illegal to escape from jail are China, Korea, Russia and Mexico, Belgium, Germany and Austria.

It's not illegal in those countries to escape jail because it's human nature to want to escape captivity.
