Yes Windex will work just fine for cleaning an LED or lCD computer screen.
Spray the Windex on a microfiber cloth and then wipe the computer screen down gently.
You can also mix half vinegar and half water in a spray bottle and then use that Vinegar and water to clean an LED or LCD computer monitor with a microfiber cloth.
