A body attachment warrant in Illinois as well as any other state is a warrant for your arrest that is to bring the person in before a court.

A writ of body attachment is a process issued by the court directing the U.S. Marshal to bring a person who has been found in civil contempt before the court.

The process may also be called an order of commitment for civil contempt or a warrant for civil arrest.

Basically the warrant is a warrant that is attached to your body in a way.

They attach a warrant to your body to seize the person who has the warrant.

The body attachment warrant tells the deputy or Sheriff to arrest you when they locate you or pull you over and run your license, ID etc and bring you to jail to appear in court.

Body Attachment warrants are just another type of arrest warrant.

So if you have a body attachment warrant in Illinois or any other state such as Arkansas then you will be arrested when the police locate you.
