I asked my teacher at daycare why I have to wear goodnites for older boys and I was told because I pee my pants a lot and they don't want me going around in wet pants and I asked why my friend was wearing a size 7 diaper that he peed in and I was told because he still needs them but it's unfair to let me wear goodnites and not give him pull ups and make him wear a diaper. When my mom picked me up she noticed my goodnites and asked what happened the teacher told my mom what happened and my mom is making me wear diapers at home and the goodnites at daycare and I want the plastic back pampers baby dry at daycare because it's easier to change and don't leak through the plastic

The daycare where I send my kids has a requirement that any kids that wet their pants more than a few times or poops their pants more than a few times has to wear diapers or pull ups.

It's for sanitary and health reasons.

My own 7 year old son last summer was at daycare and he was sent home in a Pampers Baby Dry size 6 diaper.

His daycare provider told me that he had wet his pants and so they had to have him wear a diaper and that since he wet his pants that day then he would have to come back to daycare in a diaper or a pull up for at least  a week until he kept dry.

He could take the diaper off to use the toilet but if he wet his diaper then he would have to wear the diaper until he could keep dry for at least a week.

Daycare providers have different policies and I'm okay with what they done because it's more sanitary and less embarrassing for the kid to have a diaper on that is wet than to have wet pants.

Some kids are just too busy or even too shy to want to use toilets when away from home.

He was okay with wearing the diaper as well and he told me that he was afraid of using toilets in other places.

So I have been sending him to daycare in Pampers diapers and told him it's okay to use the diapers when in daycare.

I agree.

I would certainly put him in diapers full time.

He probably does really like wearing the diapers and actually the diapers are better than the toilet anyway.

I remember as a kid I would not want to use the toilet in other peoples houses or even in school or anywhere else except home.
