An easy way to stop Google from tracking you then you need to turn on adblock, block cookies from Google and also use incognito mode on your web browser.

Also using an online proxy or a different proxy can help stop Google from tracking you.

Everywhere you browse the internet through Google they are tracking your every move and they do so to allow proper advertisements to show to you which is how they make money.

Another way to stop Google from tracking you is to stop using Google at all but that's unlikely that anyone would ever stop using Google.

Even if you stopped using Google search you still may use YouTube and other Google owned websites.

So you'll never fully get away from Google tracking you.

Me it doesn't bother me to have Google Track me and they can track me as much as they want.

Another way besides stopping Google use at all is to follow the directions below to stop Google from tracking you.

Go to and in the left-hand column, click on Activity Controls.

On the next screen, toggle the Web & App Activity button off, and untick Include Chrome history and activity from sites, apps and devices that use Google services.

Underneath that, toggle off the Location History button.

Let me share my Google privacy strategy:

  1. Turn off all tracking / history features on your Google account.
  2. Use Firefox browser on privacy mode:
  3. Use privacy badger extension (it automatically deletes cookies):
  4. Use a VPN or a Proxy (protects you from being tracked based on your IP), I personally use residential proxies, because some VPN IPs are also flagged by Google. You can learn more about proxies here:
