From my own experience an adult can stay in a poopy diaper for around 24 hours before you begin to get a rash on your bottom.
Then after 24 hours you start getting a worse rash from the poop in the diaper and then as you stay in it longer the rash gets worse.
Ideally you should change out of a poopy diaper within 30 minutes to an hour unless you're sleeping and also using some diaper rash cream to protect your skin from a diaper rash.
I have stayed in a poopy diaper for around 48 hours before.
However I regretted that as I got a bad diaper rash that took around a week to heal and my butt really hurt and it hurt so bad I didn't even want to wear a diaper for at least a few of those days.
That is the longest I stayed in a poopy diaper.
I think the diaper I was wearing was a Teddy bear Bambino diaper and it was still not full of pee yet so I stayed in my poop diaper for almost 2 days and also eventually filled the diaper up with pee.
It felt awesome being in the poop diaper and pee diaper all that time but the rash afterwards didn't feel good.
